    💼 Job Title: Teeth Whitening / Gem Tech

    Location: Grin & Glow – 190 Monroe Ave, Suite #3, Rochester, NY 14604
    Duration: 6-Month Contract (Monday–Saturday), with possibility of extension
    Pay Rate: $22–$24/hr per booking + 100% tips

    ✨ About the Role

    Grin & Glow is seeking a motivated, results-driven, and service-oriented Teeth Whitening / Gem Tech to join our growing wellness and beauty brand. This is a contract-based position with flexible scheduling—client appointments are announced via email and claimed on a first-come-first-serve basis. You’ll receive comprehensive hands-on training to perform our signature teeth whitening and tooth gem services.

    🔑 Key Responsibilities

    • Provide high-quality teeth whitening and tooth gem services

    • Deliver exceptional client experiences from start to finish

    • Prepare aftercare and chairside kits before each appointment

    • Maintain clean and sterile workspaces following infection control protocols

    • Document each session accurately and professionally

    • Participate in occasional content creation (e.g., “day-in-the-life” videos, reels, or stories; editing not required)

    • Schedule and confirm client bookings

    • Communicate availability and give at least 2–3 days’ notice if you cannot honor a confirmed appointment

    • Willingness to learn and apply our whitening and gem techniques

    • Reliable transportation and ability to commute to our Rochester studio

    • Warm, welcoming customer service skills

    • Strong organizational and communication skills (email, phone, text)

    • Familiarity with booking systems and online calendars

    • Social media comfort is a plus (filming only)

    • Ability to remain calm, confident, and professional in a fast-paced, client-facing environment

    • Creative energy and a genuine passion for beauty, wellness, and personal care

    📝 Client Referral & Business Development (Optional Participation)

    While client acquisition is not required, Grin & Glow encourages techs to participate in optional business development opportunities:

    • Receive a 50% referral bonus for every confirmed client you refer who books and completes a session with you

    • You’ll be given a unique referral code to track new client bookings

    • Bonuses are paid out on a weekly via the same method as service payouts

    • Referral clients must be new to Grin & Glow

    • Referred appointments must meet the same professionalism, documentation, and service standards as any other booking

    • Contractors who consistently refer clients may be granted priority access to high-demand bookings

    💡 This program is optional and does not impact your standard $22–$24/hr service rate.
