Here’s What to Expect at Your Appointment

  • Grin and Glow

    Step 1:

    Consultation & Preparation

    • We assess your current tooth shade and discuss your whitening goals.
    • Your lips and gums are protected with a retractor, vitamin E balm, and a gingival barrier to prevent irritation.

  • Step 2:

    Whitening Gel & LED Light Activation

    • A professional-grade hydrogen peroxide (HP) whitening gel is applied evenly to your teeth.
    • A blue LED light is positioned over your teeth to accelerate stain removal.
    • The gel is left to activate for 30-90 minutes depending on your service.

  • Step 3:

    Reapplication & Enhancement

    • The gel is removed and reapplied up to three times for maximum results.
    • Each session ensures deeper stain lifting while maintaining enamel safety.

    Step 4:

    Reveal & Aftercare

    • Your teeth are rinsed, and we compare your new shade to the original.
    • You’ll receive aftercare instructions, including avoiding stain-causing foods & drinks for 24-48 hours.
    • Optional: A remineralizing treatment may be applied to strengthen enamel and reduce sensitivity.

Booking Policy

ARRIVAL

Unless otherwise stated, please arrive 10-15 minutes before your appointment to register, complete a consultation form, and enjoy our complimentary welcome drink (if requested). Plan ahead for potential traffic delays.

LATE ARRIVAL POLICY

Arriving more than 10 minutes late will shorten your treatment time without reducing the price. All sessions end on time to accommodate the next client.

RESCHEDULING POLICY

You may reschedule your appointment once without penalty, as long as it is done at least 24 hours before your appointment. For any further reschedules, a new deposit will be required. Please be aware that repeated rescheduling can affect availability and your preferred timeslot.

CANCELLATION POLICY

12-24 hours' notice is required to cancel your appointment without charge. If you cancel with less than 12 hours' notice, you will incur a 50% charge of the service fee.

No-shows or cancellations with less than 12 hours' notice will be charged in full for the session.

If you arrive 15 minutes late without notice, your appointment will be automatically canceled, and you will be charged the full service fee.

DEPOSIT POLICY

A $30 deposit is required to secure your appointment and is the only fee paid online during booking. The deposit is non-refundable for last-minute cancellations, no-shows, or failure to provide proper notice. The deposit will be applied to your remaining balance at the time of your appointment. For changes, please contact us at +1 585-483-4014 at least 48 hours in advance.
