What can Grin & Glow® gift cards be used for?
Grin & Glow® gift cards can be redeemed toward eligible professional teeth whitening and Swarovski® tooth gem services at our boutique studio in Rochester, New York.

All services are subject to availability and applicable eligibility requirements.
Are Grin & Glow® gift cards digital or physical?
Our gift cards are exclusively digital, making them a convenient and thoughtful option for birthdays, holidays, graduations, and other special occasions.
Following purchase, the digital gift card is delivered electronically and includes the information needed for redemption. There is no physical card to collect or wait for in the mail.
How do I redeem my Grin & Glow® gift card?
Redeeming your gift card is simple! Contact our team by calling (585) 209-0924 or emailing info@grinnglow.us to arrange your appointment.
Let us know which service you're interested in and that you'll be using a gift card.
Our team will assist with scheduling, verify your gift card details, and explain how its balance will be applied toward your eligible purchase.
Can I use my gift card across multiple appointments?
Absolutely! You don't have to use your entire gift card balance in a single visit.
If your purchase is less than the value of your gift card, the remaining balance stays available for future eligible purchases.
For example, if you have a $200 gift card and redeem $140 toward a service, you'll have $60 remaining to use later, subject to applicable gift card terms and New York State law.
Do Grin & Glow® gift cards expire?
New York State law provides important protections for gift card recipients. Covered gift cards purchased on or after December 10, 2022, must remain valid for at least nine years from the purchase date.
The law also prohibits inactivity fees and other fees that reduce a covered gift card's value over time.
Applicable expiration and redemption terms are disclosed at purchase and must comply with New York State law.
Additionally, when a covered gift card has a remaining balance of less than $5, New York law generally allows the cardholder to request that balance in cash.
Can I purchase a gift card for someone who has never visited Grin & Glow®?
Of course! Our digital gift cards are a wonderful introduction to the Grin & Glow® experience.

During your appointment, we discuss your preferred placement and carefully position your selected gem. The gem is then attached using a tooth bonding process. The exact steps may vary depending on the design.
How long do tooth gems last?
Tooth gem retention varies depending on the bonding process, placement, daily habits, and individual circumstances. Some gems remain attached longer than others, so we cannot guarantee a specific wear duration.
Will tooth gems damage my teeth?
Tooth gems involve attaching decorative jewelry to the tooth surface. As with other bonded dental accessories, risks can include plaque buildup, irritation, enamel changes, or damage during removal. If you have concerns about your enamel, cavities, or existing dental work, consult your dentist before booking.
How should I care for my tooth gems?
Continue brushing and flossing carefully, including around the gem. Avoid picking at the jewelry or using your teeth to open packaging. We'll explain any additional care considerations during your appointment.
How much do tooth gems cost at Grin & Glow®?
Our Swarovski® crystal tooth gem services begin at $65 for Petite Sparkle, $120 for Stacked Duo, and $175 for Signature Trio. Custom Artistry starts at $220, with final pricing determined by the design, materials, and gem quantity. Applicable taxes are additional.
