For the first 24–48 hours, avoid foods and drinks that can cause staining—such as coffee, red wine, berries, and dark sauces. We recommend sticking to the "white diet," including light-colored foods like chicken, rice, potatoes, and water. Smoking and colored toothpaste should also be avoided during this time.

In the first hour after your whitening treatment, stick to clear liquids, with water being the optimal choice to maintain the brightness of your smile.

Brush lightly for the first 24 hours, preferably using a manual toothbrush. If you have an electric toothbrush leave it turned off and use it as a manual to avoid irritation. No flossing for the next 24-48 hours to allow your teeth to heal effectively.

Steer clear of dark-colored foods and drinks in the first 24 hours following your treatment, as your enamel will be more porous. Opt for light-colored, white, and clear foods and beverages to prevent discoloration.
