Joyce Erika Parker, founder of Grin & Glow®, has combined her background in dental assisting and a Bachelor of Science in Pre-Dental with years of passion for oral beauty. In 2020, she launched Grin & Glow® in Rochester, NY, offering professional teeth whitening and later expanding into tooth gem artistry.
