Joyce Parker is the founder and lead educator of Grin & Glow® Academy in Rochester, New York. With pre-dental studies and a dental assisting background, she brings a foundation in oral health awareness and client care to beauty education.
Since founding Grin & Glow® in 2021, Joyce has developed hands-on experience in professional teeth whitening, Swarovski® tooth gem artistry, and boutique studio operations.
Through private 1:1 instruction, she introduces aspiring technicians to application concepts, creative design, consultation, aftercare, and practical business fundamentals.

From scheduling private training to receiving your professional kit, here's what to know before enrolling.
01 Is training private, and can I attend virtually? +
Signature Tooth Gem Technician Training is a private 1:1 experience with Joyce Parker. Attend virtually from the United States or internationally, or train in person at 190 Monroe Avenue, Suite 3, Rochester, NY 14607.
Both formats have the same $1,050 course tuition.
02 When can I schedule my training? +
Private training is offered by advance appointment during these Eastern Time hours:
Monday–Friday9 AM – 5 PM
Saturday9 AM – 3 PM

All sessions must be scheduled at least 14 days in advance. This allows time to source supplies, prepare training kits, and arrange shipping. International enrollment may require additional lead time. Dates are subject to availability.
03 How do tuition, payments, and shipping work? +

Domestic students: Remaining tuition is due at least 14 days before training.
International students: Remaining tuition is due at least 21 days before training.
Professional kits do not ship until tuition is paid in full. Shipping delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. International shipping fees, customs, duties, and destination restrictions may apply.
Booking exactly 14 days in advance domestically means the balance is due at booking. International dates must allow at least 21 days after final payment, subject to shipping feasibility.
04 What is included in my enrollment? +
Private 1:1 instruction, the Master Tooth Gem Application Kit, an 80-page manual, an Academy course certificate upon successful completion, and a complimentary physical copy of From Hustle to Cash Flow by Joyce Parker.
05 What will I learn during the course? +
Five modules introduce oral anatomy, hygiene, adhesion concepts, application materials, Swarovski® crystal placement, design, consultations, aftercare, and boutique business fundamentals.
06 Does the certificate authorize me to offer tooth gem services? +
The Academy issues a course completion certificate after successful training. This is not a government-issued dental or professional license.
Students must independently verify applicable dental practice, licensing, business, and insurance requirements where they intend to work. Course completion does not authorize services restricted by local law.
07 Will I receive guidance for starting my business? +
Yes. The curriculum introduces pricing, brand positioning, client experience, marketing, and business foundations. The complimentary book offers additional entrepreneurship resources. Business success and financial outcomes are not guaranteed.
08 How do I reserve my training? +
Use the enrollment link to review the course offering and reserve your place. Coordinate your preferred date in advance, allowing adequate time for materials and kit shipping.
