Joyce's journey began in patient care and continued through dental assisting, where she developed an appreciation for clinical precision, cosmetic detail, and the importance of making people feel comfortable in a care setting.
With a bachelor's degree focused on pre-dental studies, Joyce combined her scientific foundation, creative interests, and entrepreneurial vision to establish Grin & Glow® in Rochester, New York in 2021.
What began as a boutique smile-care studio developed into a broader mission: to offer thoughtful oral aesthetics experiences while helping aspiring professionals build knowledge, confidence, and practical business skills.
Through Grin & Glow® Academy, Joyce shares lessons from operating her studio, bringing individualized instruction, professional responsibility, and entrepreneurship together in one private learning environment.
