Joyce Parker, owner of Grin & Glow, has been passionate about oral beauty since her early years. She began her journey with a medical internship at Rochester Regional Hospital and later worked as a dental assistant, where she honed her skills in modeling, sculpting, and CAD/CAM technology.
Her dedication to achieving the perfect smile, combined with her expertise in dental care, led her to pursue a Bachelor of Science degree with a concentration in Pre-Dental.
In 2021, Joyce founded Grin & Glow to provide professional teeth whitening services in Rochester, NY. Recognizing a gap in the beauty industry, she became a certified teeth whitening technician, offering safe, effective, and highly sought-after services.
She later expanded her expertise by studying tooth gem artistry, launching training courses, workshops, and services that quickly became industry-leading.
While training her students, Joyce realized that many aspiring beauty professionals lacked the business acumen needed to succeed. To bridge this gap, she authored a business starter book, providing entrepreneurs with the tools and knowledge to build and scale their own ventures successfully.
Today, Grin & Glow has grown from a local business into a national brand, offering professional teeth whitening and tooth gem products, training, and business resources to clients and beauty professionals worldwide.
