Grin & Glow® was born from a simple belief: smile care should be as thoughtful and empowering as the confidence it inspires.
Founded in Rochester, New York, our studio brought together an appreciation for dental science, cosmetic artistry, and personal service. What began with teeth whitening and tooth gems has grown into a wider vision for oral aesthetics, education, and wellness.
We believe beautiful results matter. But so does how people are treated, how clearly information is communicated, and how welcome they feel throughout the experience.
That philosophy continues to guide every new chapter of Grin & Glow.

Meet Joyce Parker
A foundation in healthcare. An eye for artistry. A vision shaped by purpose.
Joyce's professional journey began in patient care at a regional healthcare system. She later worked in dental assisting, gaining experience with dental sculpting, CAD/CAM technology, and the precision involved in cosmetic dental work.
Her academic path included a Bachelor of Science degree with a pre-dental concentration, deepening her interest in the relationship between science, aesthetics, and patient experience.
Drawing from that background, Joyce established Grin & Glow to create a welcoming, elevated approach to smile-enhancing services in Rochester.
Her entrepreneurial journey eventually expanded into tooth gem artistry, professional training, and business education—reflecting a belief that knowledge and opportunity should grow alongside technical skill.
